4 B* Q  `* E8 v5 r. SMain Duties and Responsibilities:
‧Assist in after-lending management
5 V: i7 w# R# B6 x: {7 \‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.
‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
$ c# J4 @' d1 S: E8 N1 h' D‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

" b0 G8 V; p4 I: c( aQualifications and Experiences:
‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
6 h" [% s3 V, b5 l0 y6 K‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
( F, }+ [  S; J6 [! f1 \- w‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
! E& q% l- G, ?$ r; ^‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
