- l7 c$ R7 T, c6 k+ f/ u- Tax, has been working with standard SAP tax solution or 3rd-party solution, familiar with country/regional specific tax regulations.

- IVR which is integrated with CRM system, understand how the IVR ASR engine and text-to-speech engine, prompt scripts.
