  d7 I" Q5 P- _) D* c: S  E• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Answer all incoming calls and handle customer related questions
• Assisting with order processing, accounts payables and receivables
4 k% ]  }8 i- r, I• Create and update various reports
• Communicate with sales team regarding key information; rates, quotes, invoicing etc.
• Assist with shipping and all the necessary documentation

Our requirements
• Previous experience in a sales supporting role is an asset
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

7 R; r0 V" Q1 v' f( |; f. _• Customer service experience
• Superior computer skills including Microsoft Application suites
