工作内容：
: p% D' w0 w' t& JKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
- R( Q0 z8 c) w# B8 P4 t-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
( x7 ]; ?1 U; n8 h) F0 |1 W1 g-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
  E! e1 l8 u& ]* t: ?-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
, z7 p1 I8 {$ I* J-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
- u4 `' @& v1 m1 B5 p8 [6 {- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
' L+ Z0 `5 t* X* x' [-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
; d1 C  [* w) c. L& M' p9 K  l-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
+ t5 j: o; F' W( r7 e- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
" G! P! i/ E( c: S; l- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
: u' w0 t/ H0 N* e-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
$ E0 X; I9 w1 g0 i2 q-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
3 c$ L( t! W2 ], _1 Z-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
6 d; h9 Z' i, o. X" a-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
) r1 a3 ^/ Q& T-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
