工作内容：
3 A# I! X4 g2 B% G( ^JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

- o  L9 o& m1 a" A0 aKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
4 h. f9 N& ~7 K3 j: C-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
: F% B5 d2 G: B) k0 h& P3 M-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
( ]; b& ?1 G1 ^* ~) P- h-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
# I3 G) f% N/ K8 q8 s# o- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
. t/ E# H0 @# w. D7 `9 |-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
7 g' |8 g/ P' Z0 G% c. w' D0 N-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
( n4 V& k  ~/ p! f- x, k' |- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
$ w5 T" g0 Q9 c; h7 r1 Q+ l-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
9 Z$ p; m0 B# P- @& f-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.

2 V! n) F2 i0 ]- \8 r- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
