Wage: $18/hr
( F/ |* d% m* d$ a* L7 t+ {Working hour: 37.5/week

' h  K( b$ I+ M# yOrganizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

$ h+ W4 Y* K$ ]) LScope of responsibilities include:
, j' |7 i8 F, N$ R9 A  w! L5 ~Coordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
9 C/ P0 |# W% {5 `Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Schedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

職責範圍包括：

& B" p1 |/ P4 `0 F0 y) r. G* E協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
' Q) H, M6 q" Z8 B( \為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
