Main Duties and Responsibilities: ; A, y3 ]( D! w/ Y2 h# i6 g% d
‧Assist in after-lending management- E5 W2 w, C( L+ u; e5 W; @
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda. S+ T! ] S1 V4 Q" o3 c' Z
‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.
' f7 n# m) n! {‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.

o% b9 C( f$ l# w- r% Q& NQualifications and Experiences:
, S9 z: S; H2 a, ?! s‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
$ w, r+ O0 k7 x; E5 v0 Y' W& d‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.: {, |9 ^( p: i+ Z9 C, \: J
‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;
) J& a+ P" a. z7 O3 j5 w- ^‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.; `; ?6 B- e1 M2 T/ X+ x$ J
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
8 Y) t/ y3 M2 i; s7 L9 r‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.) L* v) R `4 n# ]4 m9 }1 Z7 `
‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements.
/ t" Z- t. U) v/ c‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.# e6 `% Y0 Q# l" h
‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);
- o% h* P$ Z. o, Z‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.6 U( @, N' e) l7 W
