工作内容：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for safety of the operation of the equipment.
: d- u! V- Q) ~( T% I-Responsible for reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately to the Area Leader/Supervisor.
-Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and free of hazards.
-Responsible for maintaining small tools in a safe place such as knives, thermometers, scarpers, and scoops. They must only be placed on the stainless steel table.
-Accountable for the temperature, brix (total solids) of critical ingredients and they must be checked and recorded as per frequency.
% [! m+ S7 Q: q-Accountable for operating and maintaining scales.
6 g3 A, I: ^, h2 `0 b  P, G-Accountable for following start-up and change over procedures.
-Accountable for following the mixing procedures.
-Accountable for understanding the ingredients used.
-Accountable for understanding the Work Order Travel (WOT).
- Accountable for inspecting the raw materials prior to use and record observation on the checklist.
6 z/ F3 \. `( C, }-Accountable for completing a pre-operational inspection sheet and reporting and discrepancies.
; X8 O5 j$ A7 w: z* I- Accountable for completing Mixing sheets in a timely manner when required (every time a mix is made).
-Responsible to monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
: k* A3 o. E: j- z0 l; S-Responsible to use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
. E, x# _# J; j9 l% s. t: \- Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
- Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
1 M5 j! C% C4 F5 P-Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Responsible for following Machine Operator responsibilities when providing coverage.
$ r1 m0 B2 P7 }! f8 i' s* o-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
8 d2 D* @0 [7 J% C( ?8 P) J-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
7 d2 j  G- s. h0 V  b8 A& @* D-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
