JOB SUMMARY
. n8 H, j) h* @1 W0 HUnder the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
3 x1 b7 t" e4 l& `5 k4 x-Review the daily production schedule.
-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
; H- ^/ K' i) q5 d$ k-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
) h4 C% |9 F3 W6 L7 s% o+ |% @4 \8 C-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
5 A2 F8 _( f  m-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
' O& J, q6 f. o* Y0 e0 z- R- r-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.

: ~% W- V: r' ?-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
# Y$ y$ C) f# A2 L- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
