Full time experienced Operations Officer - Administration is needed for a transportation company in Mississauga.

Organizational skills; basic computer skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy; be flexible; fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

Scope of responsibilities include:
, B5 m" e: [' c( Q( uCoordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets etc.
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Schedule transportation routes for the trucking fleet and contact customers for shipments delivery and pick up.

要求：
有較強的組織能力，基本的電腦操作技能，嚴謹，靈活變通，操流利英語，普通話及廣東話。

職責範圍包括：

$ T+ K7 k% V4 S6 R- R# l4 x- E# E協調和規劃辦公服務，包括設備，耗材，表格，處理事務等等；
7 e8 Z" r/ K8 Z' Z# [協助準備營運預算，維持庫存及預算控制；
5 o( ]/ q5 S- h$ C  b$ R為運輸車隊安排運輸的路綫以及聯絡客戶進行貨物交收等事宜。
