Main Duties and Responsibilities:
, R1 ~+ G- _. v' X6 ^4 `1 d, L) a‧Assist in after-lending management$ j; X* D1 o M6 O
‧Assess credit proposals and review credit memoranda.2 S2 G' l: r) P
‧Supervise the Credit Officer/Credit Assistant for ensuring the completion and perfection in loan documentation prior to loan draw down.# S/ O+ T6 g F5 r
‧Assist in setting up credit policies and internal guidelines in accordance with Head Office’s Credit Manual and lending strategies.$ m7 }0 ?0 M) z6 Z
* }" y2 \+ f5 G1 g) @$ `+ {5 e0 x0 @: [Qualifications and Experiences:
" J: C' ~, u8 ^1 v/ h5 u‧Over five years working experiences in banking, with at least five years working experiences in credit risk management in local banks;
X# L( t1 k# \: F& u9 r‧Previous experiences in supervision / management of a team over 3.
( q" S; o: T( T6 v‧Graduation from university or college in finance, banking, accounting or credit related fields;5 M. K) e& V! i3 h- d5 x3 U( j6 N
‧Knowledge in lending principles, loan products, and credit assessment.4 ~1 h% C+ h. @' e. w5 g7 l- r3 c
‧Knowledge in checking loan documents for deficiencies / irregularities.
+ w) R% d9 I1 l: X$ p1 [‧Knowledge in monitoring irregular accounts and past-due transactions.
6 n9 o# f! r. O9 w% t2 f‧Knowledge in regulatory and compliance requirements that include Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Reporting requirements. ! p8 y* K' [ c5 Z# M, D
‧Knowledge in PC software packages, e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel.
$ G! {5 a) r. i: L) \ \8 K‧Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred);5 n: o2 z# e8 _# C. G
‧Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.& U/ |! D( D$ A' n; |" H1 I+ c
