1. 能举起25lbs重物
2. 1-3年相关工厂工作经验

Under the general supervision of the Area Leader, Production Supervisor, and/or Plant Manager; the Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the equipment is operated correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipment. He/she will organize and lead the process and team on the line to ensure good quality product is produced at all times.

" b: L+ ^7 }% L0 P* _# J-Review the daily production schedule.
* a4 U- `4 c) e! p; G8 A5 W$ H* }-Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment.
2 @2 y* e0 A- {" E5 L. \-Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality specifications.
3 I: P; l! x  s- x  A1 Z  |-Use SPC weight control system to check weights are deposited as per specification.
/ r) o) n0 ^, T' W- c-Responsible for proper cleaning equipment.
-Continuously monitor and adjust the process based on upstream and downstream production needs.
-Ensure that the equipment has been properly cleaned before starting production after CIP has been completed.
) r$ _& q% j+ s+ M0 w- Regularly co-ordinate with other Machine Operators on the line.
-Ensuring quality of products on the line.
-Ensuring proper and accurate set up of the line(s).
; V( C3 w% y- J: k-Responsible for the crew being on time, understanding their tasks and ensuring that they are met under all circumstances.
- Responsible for Mixer responsibilities and following the Mixer processes when providing coverage.
' T1 Y0 Q0 [! r2 c& i0 y# [' {( V' e-Ensures production schedule is being followed at all times.
-Responsible to work in the role of general production worker when required.
-Responsible for documentation and administration reports.
! L+ ^- D; p+ b: y-Responsible for maintaining work area is clean and free of hazards.
-Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety.
! l  @+ _, I6 `7 F" p& o- Responsible for practicing and adhering to company's policies and best practices.
- Responsible for following company core values; Respect, Direct Communication & Quality.
% @4 Q' a9 d: H& \% B4 i* k-Responsible for other reasonable duties as assigned by the Area Leader/Supervisor and/or Plant Manager.
