6 g* H% k0 }: xIn preparation for Citizenship and Immigration Canadas new Off-Campus Work Permit Program (OCWP), SDCs International Student Services will be presenting OCWP Information Sessions for Westerns international students and interested members of the Western community.  (NOTE:  As of June 1, 2006, international students at Western will be able to request Verification Forms - details will be released very soon).

The OCWP Information Session will:
·         Provide details on the OCWP Program
3 ^8 X& C+ l! W# Q+ F6 J·         Explain the application process (including obtaining Verification Forms)
1 n8 v2 o, G# A* H: q/ s·         Assist students with questions they may have about the OCWP Program
9 Y: H$ ?% P$ J& t* x/ vIt is strongly recommended that international students interested in applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit attend one of these information sessions.

9 Z* C! J# Z" k8 k/ @, sThe Off-Campus Work Permit Program information sessions will be held on:
·         Tuesday, May 30 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
; g$ h' j  R5 ?) J·         Tuesday, May 30 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
9 j" t- g. L7 C% m+ f% V·         Wednesday, May 31 from10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
·         Thursday, June 1 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
9 \. Y4 M6 k& \( ?( O0 H% {( |# C·         Friday, June 2 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
4 S5 H" |7 H* J2 T* }+ p! O) dAll sessions will be held on the 3rd floor in the University Community Centre in the USC Council Chambers (Room 315).   
+ E, r6 \& ~$ m9 |% k
Additionally, SDCs International Student Services will be providing guidance and advice on the completion of the Off-Campus Work Permit application form, or regarding the Off-Campus Work Permit (OCWP) program, during OCWP Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed).

& `& O& t' E. H$ p$ b: pO.C.W.P. Drop-in Hours will take place in Room 270, on the 2nd floor of the UCC at the following times:
8 J+ e9 n' X1 M·         Wednesday, May 31 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
- W0 d) g. p! k# |5 ]" ?4 W·         Thursday, June 1 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
·         Friday, June 2 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
