我不知道有多少朋友在腊月里装备年货时有腌制咸货的习俗。在我老家那边,一入冬便开始准备各种咸货了,而在所有咸货里,咸鱼和香肠是我偏爱的。每年都必须要有的。因为我不会吃新鲜的鱼,随便一条小鱼都能让我卡到,所以,咸鱼是我的大爱。

咸鱼温水泡一会。大蒜洗净去
